The guy with the bear arms was clear even as non-native speaker.
But for the rest I drew a total blank. Nice ideas.
Although the third guy from the left might be the latest Weapon L/Glibertarian.
looks more War Hen than War Hawk.
“Chicken Hawk” is a common derogatory reference in political circles to candidates who are always in favor of military action despite their own records of avoiding military service.
So I expect it is War Hawk
“Neo Cohen” is what they call the self identified Neo-cons who are leftists wanting to fight wars for Israel.

As for the Ray-Gun Lady, you’ve probably thought of this, but the real Nancy Reagan was a good person who passed away in March. So the fantasists who just project themselves back onto Reagan, or Winston Churchill, or the Founders, and can’t really deal with the fact that their heroes didn’t always agree with them, do the right thing, and succeed would be a much better target for satire.
That would make her basically one of those cosplayers who can’t admit that Reagan raised taxes and supported amnesty.

I can actually think of one thing the Republicans are doing about THE BASE. They are not giving it very much money. I’m actually seeing more news/entertainment coverage of the candidates than campaign ads this election, and I generally avoid news outlets. I’ve only seen online ads for THE BASE’s competitor.
Guessing its “Bear arms” (if he only had one would be better then its Right Bear Arm), Captain Capitalism or maybe Super Trump (and his sidekick Tiny Toupee ) , Nancy Ray Gun and War “Chicken” Hawk.

Bear Arms, Nancy Ray Gun, the last two guys are a little harder… I wanted to say the Capitalist, but I’m going with “Captain Money Bags” and … Man, I can’t come up with an abbreviation for WH that fits… my brain just keeps wanting to say White House. … I love these characters though…
I long time ago I was thinking about doing a series in Woohooligan on a character named Money Man (and his sidekick Yes Man), who’s arch-enemy was going to be the Welfare Queen and who did things like run around punching out panhandlers to protect homeowner equity.
