Okay, so this is when you have a new superhero show up — The Regulator. Or The Lawyer. The Brand is using Gynostar’s likeness without her permission, and that’s against the law…unless it’s considered legitimate satire, which would be permitted probably because Gynostar is a public figure. On the other hand, it MIGHT be possible to sue The Brand for slander or libel or some such.
The Litigator! I like it. OMG and it’s an alligator.
You could also have The Defamator who fights against instances of defamation of character which the shirt clearly is doing. On the Brand side you could have “The Corporate Shark” (literally could be a shark) stating that anyone complaining about the Brand must hate capitalism, therefore must “Hate America”. That usually puts the blood in the water ready for a feeding frenzy.
