Eat SLOWER so that your stomach has time to send the “I’m full” sensations to your brain (and if you don’t feel like you want to finish a meal… follow that instinct). Do that, and be content with whatever results that creates for you.
I think it’s result-based weight loss that becomes dangerous, and can easily be taken too far. Activity-based health and fitness is a lot more natural and safe. Not sure how many would agree with me here, though. 😛
