I love Gyno-Star’s hypocrisy. I think it really makes her a great character. It allows us to really connect with her. She teaches us that making mistakes and giving into the patriarchy every now and then doesn’t make us anti-feminists.
I also think it allows her to tell us what’s wrong with sexism, and to demonstrate it at the same time. If she weren’t such a hypocrit, she could tell us what’s wrong with misogyny, but never really show us. Her hypocricy really lets the reader have his/her cake and eat it too.
Besides, these collars are powered by independent, feminist thought! Think of all the positive, life-affirming things these women might be thinking. n_n
Seems like a very nefarious little scheme, if you ask me. haha.

Thank you. I realized early on that Gyno-Star is no fun if she’s always perfect.

I love it when people use “sexism” and “misogyny” interchangably. Much like I do with the words “love” and “despise.”
Geez, just get the damn laser surgery. You can afford it now, right?
